After investing in the I.B.E. 650F (Floor Model Sheeter) I have had a smooth, consistent dough sheet time and time again. I only wished we had of invested in one earlier. "So impressed with their machinery, don’t even look anywhere else! Just replaced an International Bakery Equipment planetary mixer that we have had since 2008 with the current model. This piece of equipment was the single most reliable & indestructible piece of equipment in our very busy restaurant kitchen, we make our own bread daily 6 days a week and all our pasty as well, it has seen at least 10 apprentices finish their apprenticeship with us and even they couldn't break it. So, when it finally started playing up, we went straight back to All About Bakery Equipment . Service was fantastic spoke to the shop floor about a repair or replace decided on a replace and they traded the old one so they could refurbish and sell as secondhand equipment (always a good sign when they believe in their own product by buying it back) they delivered and took the old one away for us. I have no idea if they are the cheapest, but I know they are the best. Experience has taught me that chasing price on mixers is a race to the bottom and constant headaches. I joked that I wished they made cars."
