  • The baking of bread, pastries, focaccia bread and gastronomy uses stainless steel armoured heating elements, on bases in reinforced refractory concrete filled with siliceous sand.
  • The baking chambers are made in 1.5mm thick stainless steel, welded and sealed to guarantee steam containment.
  • Independent chambers with possible adjustment of between 0 and 100% between ceiling and bedplate. In the back of the chamber, the heating elements are adjustable to solve the problem of heat accumulation in the bottom.
  • In the front of the oven some heating elements are installed, with higher power rating and adjustable to guarantee perfect baking even with glass heat loss.
